Albania treats these medications differently. Of the 7 we track, 4 have no published rule we could find and 3 need only your prescription.

Serious penalties: Albanian Customs publishes a blanket prohibition on import/export/transit of narcotic and psychotropic substances, with the only lawful exception being a Ministry of Health commercial licence — not a traveller route — so any opioid or ADHD-stimulant medicine risks confiscation without advance confirmation from AKBPM or the Ministry of Health.
