1. What this service is
Ready Set Roveorganises publicly available government information about travelling internationally with ADHD medication, and links to the original source on every page. For a one-off fee, we also generate a personalised summary of that information for a specific trip (the "trip pack"). By using this site or buying a trip pack, you agree to these terms.
2. Not legal or medical advice
Nothing on this site, including a purchased trip pack, is legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Using Ready Set Rovedoes not create a client relationship of any kind. We summarise and organise information published by governments and official authorities; we do not verify it against every primary legal text, and we are not the author of the underlying rules. Requirements change and border enforcement can differ from written policy. You must independently confirm every requirement with the official source linked on the relevant page, or with the destination country's embassy or consulate, before you rely on it or travel. Never stop or change prescribed medication because of travel rules without talking to your prescribing doctor first.
3. Purchases and refunds
Trip packs are a one-off purchase, A$19 per trip, processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. If a trip pack fails to generate, is not delivered, or does not match the itinerary you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a trip pack has been generated, since it is a digital product created specifically for your trip. Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready Set Roveis provided "as is," without warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. We are not liable for any loss arising from a border authority acting differently from its published policy, from information on this site being incorrect or outdated, or from a decision you make based on it. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the trip pack or refunding the amount you paid for it. This limitation does not affect any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding what to carry, disclose or apply for when you travel, and for verifying every requirement with an official source before you do. Ready Set Rove organises information; it does not make that decision for you and does not guarantee any outcome at a border.
6. Third-party sources and links
Links to government and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.
7. Privacy
How we collect, use, store and delete personal information, including the health information in your medication selections and in certificate requests sent to a clinic, is set out in our privacy policy. It forms part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you buy a trip pack applies to that purchase.
