How a record is built

Read the full method
01Primary sources onlyNational drug legislation, health and customs authorities, and the country's own submissions to the International Narcotics Control Board. Forum posts and blog advice are not sources.
02Rated and datedEvery record carries a confidence rating and the date it was last checked. Where we cannot find a published rule we say so rather than infer one, and we name the authority to ask.
03Re-checked, not set and forgottenRecords are re-read on a schedule and after any change we are told about. Rules move, and a stale answer is worse than no answer.
