Comoros treats these medications differently. Of the 7 we track, 4 are not allowed in at all and 3 need only your prescription.
Serious penalties: Comoros' 2024 traveller-control decree and 2024 Code des Douanes both list narcotics and psychotropic substances among goods a traveller is flatly forbidden to carry across the border in either direction, with no published medical exception, so a traveller carrying prescribed opioids or ADHD stimulants — even in original packaging with a valid prescription — is carrying a prohibited item under Comorian customs law as currently published, risking seizure and referral for a customs offence.

Comorian customs law (2024 arrêté on traveller control, and the 2024 Code des Douanes) names psychotropic substances — which covers the ADHD stimulant class in full — among goods a traveller may not carry into or out of the Union of the Comoros, with no exception stated for a foreign prescription or original packaging. This applies on both entry (Art. 19) and exit (Art. 23). No Comorian source publishes a permit, form or contact point for carrying prescribed ADHD stimulants as a traveller. One qualifier on the prohibition itself: Article 18's preamble covers 'les marchandises faisant l'objet de restriction ou prohibition' — two categories — and never says which of the two psychotropics fall into, while Article 298.2 shows a monitored medical channel exists in law. Banned is the best available reading of what is published; nothing found contradicts it, and nothing found publishes a route.
