Every medication we track can come into North Macedonia on your prescription, up to 7 days' supply, carried in original packaging.

Serious penalties: Possessing a Lists II/III medicine without medical documentation, or in a quantity above the Article 45 7-day/15-day limit — fineable 3,000-5,000 EUR equivalent under Article 93(7).

Quantity: 7 days. Same Article 45 rule as narcotics — no differentiation by class; 15 days for the same substitution/palliative exception.

Atomoxetine, guanfacine and viloxazine are not narcotic/psychotropic; a home-country doctor's certificate for personal use suffices without the Bureau for Drugs licence.
