Togo treats these medications differently. Of the 7 we track, 3 come in on paperwork with a supply cap, 1 has no published rule we could find and 3 need only your prescription.
Serious penalties: The narcotic allowance is only 7 days, which is shorter than many holidays, and under Loi 98-008 illicit import or trafficking of scheduled drugs is a criminal offence. Anything past the published ceiling needs the DPML's agreement in advance.

Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) is not named in Togo's law (Loi n° 98-008, Annexe, Tableaux I to IV, Journal officiel pages 37 to 40), so no rule for it is published. Ask the authority listed here before you travel.

Togo allows ADHD stimulants with a valid medical prescription, up to 7 days of treatment: Loi 98-008, art 66, sets seven days for Tableau II medicines, which include amfetamine, dexamfetamine and methylphenidate. - Not required. No traveller permit: Togo's INCB table asks only for a valid medical prescription. The special import authorization published on service-public.gouv.tg is for pharmaceutical consignments, not for a traveller's own medicine.

Loi 98-008, art 66, limits Tableau II medicines to seven days of treatment (30 days is for Tableau III), and amfetamine, dexamfetamine and methylphenidate are in Tableau II (Journal officiel page 40). Togo's INCB table gives 30 days for psychotropic substances, a simplification that does not fit these Tableau II stimulants.

- Not required. No Togolese authorisation. A valid prescription is the document asked for, covering at most 7 days of treatment for these Tableau II stimulants (Loi 98-008, art 66). The published traveller table dates from July 2014.
