Can I take Adderall to Vietnam?

Adderall is a mix of dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine; dexamfetamine is dextroamphetamine on its own, and international drug schedules list them as separate substances. Banned. Dexamfetamine and the amphetamine salts in Adderall are on Vietnam's list of medicines prohibited from import (Decree 163/2025, Art 82(13), Appendix V rows 20 and 49). The rules for medicine in a traveller's own luggage give no exception. Do not bring Dexedrine or Adderall into Vietnam.
