The rules for Concerta (methylphenidate (extended release))

The Czech Ministry of Health's Methodical Measure covers personal-use import of blue-stripe prescription psychotropics, which includes methylphenidate. No import or export permit is required, only a physician's certification matching your dose and the length of your stay. No Schengen-specific requirement applies to non-Schengen visitors such as Australians. This covers every release form (Ritalin, Concerta, Medikinet, the last a well-known Czech and German brand). Carry a doctor's letter and your prescription. A Schengen Certificate applies to cross-border EU travel.
