No Samoan government source names methylphenidate (Ritalin/Concerta/Medikinet). The vehicle-only Prohibited Import Order, the National Medicines Policy 2008, and the Pharmacy Act 2007 (all reviewed directly) contain no drug-scheduling or traveller-import provisions for this medication.
