Can I take Dexamphetamine to Greece?

No Greek authority publishes a rule for a traveller carrying their own prescribed dexamfetamine or mixed amphetamine salts into Greece. The pages checked were EOF's website, its list of electronic services and its list of procedures and supporting documents, the Ministry of Health's narcotics section, and the customs traveller guide published by AADE, which covers duty limits, VAT refunds and cash declarations and does not mention narcotic or psychotropic medicines at all. The only import and export licence found on the national registry of administrative procedures is addressed to pharmaceutical companies, not to travellers. Greece has made no submission to the INCB, so its entry there reads only that information has not yet been provided. Several non-government websites say EOF issues a 30 day Schengen Article 75 certificate, but that claim does not appear on any Greek government page. Nothing published means the position is unknown, not that carrying is permitted: Law 4139/2013 criminalises unauthorised handling of narcotics and psychotropics, which it defines to include import, and no traveller exemption to it was found.
