Can I take Vyvanse to Brazil?

Official guidance indicates Brazil restricts how much Vyvanse you can bring and the paperwork required. Check the limits before you travel.

The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)

Lisdexamfetamine (lisdexanfetamina, sold in Brazil as Venvanse) was explicitly added to ANVISA Lista A3 by RDC 36/2011, so it follows the same rule as the other stimulants rather than a different pathway: valid prescription required and a maximum 30-day supply of treatment for travellers.

Maximum supply: 30 days (ANVISA List A3 cap: maximum 30-day supply of treatment)

What to do

  1. valid prescription (kept with the traveller)

Confirm this yourself: This is based on official guidance we could not confirm against a current national source. Check with National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), Management of Controlled Drugs (GPCON) or Brazil's embassy before you travel.

Travelling to more than one country?

Check your whole itinerary at once: every stop, every layover, and what to do by when. We'll carry Vyvanse and Brazil over, so you only add the rest.

The check is free. The trip pack that turns it into paperwork is A$19, once. It does not renew.
