Lisdexamfetamine is not on the Dutch Opium Act lists, so no Opium Act declaration is needed. Bring it in its original packaging with proof that it is yours, such as a prescription, a medicine passport or a medication overview (advised, not compulsory). Ask your doctor or pharmacy whether the country you travel from needs a declaration.
