The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)

The Philippines applies one uniform dangerous-drugs rule: a prescription and a physician's letter for a supply of 30 days or less. For more than 30 days you need a PDEA Certificate of Authorization plus a certificate from your home country. Request the form at pdea.gov.ph. The official processing time is not published.

Maximum supply: 30 days (≤30-day supply with prescription + physician's letter only; beyond 30 days additional PDEA/home-authority certificates required)

What to do

  1. valid medical prescription (trade & generic names, dosage strength, directions)
  2. letter from attending physician describing the medical condition
  3. Certificate of Authorization from a National Competent Authority of home/destination country
  4. PDEA Authorization (Certificate of PDEA Authorization): required for supplies over 30 days or above INCB thresholds
