The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)

Solomon Islands publishes nothing that tells a traveller what to do with lisdexamfetamine. The only drug control statute that could be read, the Dangerous Drugs Act [Cap 98], was drafted to the opium conventions of 1925 and 1931 and names no stimulant, and the Pharmacy and Poisons legislation that might cover stimulants could not be found in published form. No register of medicines registered in Solomon Islands is published, so whether the medicine is recognised there at all is unknown. Neither the Ministry of Health and Medical Services nor the Customs and Excise Division publishes a traveller page, form, permit or quantity for medicines, and the International Narcotics Control Board records that Solomon Islands has not provided traveller regulations. A 2004 letter from the Ministry's Pharmacy Services Division to that Board said there were then no legislative restrictions on travellers carrying personal medication, but it names no substance and no quantity and is more than twenty years old. Customs states that all incoming passengers and baggage are physically examined on arrival. The absence of a published rule is not a permission. The National Pharmacy Division at the Ministry of Health and Medical Services in Honiara and the Customs and Excise Division can be asked directly, in writing, before you travel.
