Cambodia treats these medications differently. Of the 7 we track, 4 have no published rule we could find and 3 need only your prescription.

Serious penalties: Unauthorised keeping, transport or trafficking of any quantity of a Table I or Table II narcotic substance (covering oxycodone, morphine, fentanyl, hydromorphone, methadone, pethidine, codeine, amfetamine, dexamfetamine and methylphenidate) is a criminal offence under Article 40 of the 2012 Law on Drug Control, with no published traveller exemption or personal-use threshold.

Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) is not named in Cambodia's law (Law on Drug Control 2012, annexed Tables I to IV, pages 68 to 81), so no rule for it is published. Ask the authority listed here before you travel.
Ritalin, Concerta (methylphenidate)Unclear
Cambodia's Law on Drug Control lists amfetamine, dexamfetamine and methylphenidate in Table II (page 76). It prohibits keeping, bringing in or using a Table II drug unless the Ministry of Health has permitted it (Articles 10 and 14), and unlawful keeping or importing is a criminal offence (Article 40). The law has no exception for a traveller's own prescribed medicine, and no way for a traveller to apply for permission is published. Whether a prescription from another country is accepted is not stated anywhere official. Mixed amphetamine salts are covered as amfetamine and dexamfetamine. We suggest not carrying these medicines into Cambodia unless the Ministry of Health has given you written permission.

Connecting through Cambodia

Cambodia publishes nothing for a passenger in transit carrying their own medicine. Its Law on Drug Control prohibits the transit or passage of Table II and III drugs, which include amfetamine, dexamfetamine and methylphenidate, through Cambodia unless the Ministry of Health has permitted it (Article 18, page 11). The article is written for shipments and does not mention passengers, so no exemption for connecting passengers is published.
