Lisdexamfetamine is covered by the same Royal Decree of 6 September 2017 as Belgium's other ADHD stimulants, sitting on the country's own Annex IVb rather than Annex IIb, which is a national classification difference and not a different traveller procedure. The entry rule FAMHP publishes applies unchanged: "A traveller who needs to bring along narcotic or psychotropic substances into Belgium for medical treatment must be able to justify this with a valid medical prescription or a certificate validated by the government." Arriving from outside the Schengen area, a valid prescription is stated as sufficient and FAMHP issues no permit to such travellers, since it states it validates Schengen declarations only for citizens domiciled in Belgium travelling to another Schengen country. A traveller domiciled in the Schengen area uses a Schengen declaration validated by their own country's authority. Belgium's January 2025 submission to the International Narcotics Control Board records the same two document routes. Sending narcotic or psychotropic substances to Belgium by post is forbidden.

Maximum supply: 90 days (FAMHP states: "The maximum amount of medicines brought along to Belgium may not exceed a treatment duration of three months." Belgium reported the same 90 day figure to the International Narcotics Control Board in January 2025, with the quantity not to exceed the appropriate amount based on the usual daily dose.
