The INCB form's documentation rules (prescription + doctor's certificate endorsed by home health authority + original prescription at customs) apply generically to 'psychotropic substances.' Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse/Elvanse) is not explicitly named in Peru's 2021 DIGEMID substance schedules, but it is also absent from the prohibited Lista I A/I B, so by elimination it should fall under the same generic psychotropic-substance rule; confirm with DIGEMID before travel since it is not specifically listed by name.
