Can I take Adderall to Finland?

Fimea confirms a non-Schengen traveller may carry a 14-day supply of narcotic/psychotropic ADHD medicine with only a prescription or doctor's certificate; no government-issued import permit exists or is required. The prior 'permit_required' status reflected the Schengen certificate regime, which applies only to Schengen-state residents and is unobtainable by, and irrelevant to, an Australian visitor. Classified as narcotic; travelers need a Schengen certificate (from Schengen states) or import permit, carryable quantity limited (1 year supply from EEA if carried, 3 months by post).
