The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)
France's official INCB table (ANSM, May 2024) requires only a valid prescription, with no separate certificate or permit. An earlier 'permit required' status conflated the Schengen-only Article 75 certificate with a general entry requirement that does not exist for third-country visitors. Elvanse is available on prescription in France. The original prescription is required on import, and the quantity is capped at the prescribed treatment duration or 3 months.
Maximum supply: 90 days (Psychotropic substances (stimulant ADHD meds): 3-month (90-day) supply cap, or duration of prescribed treatment)
What to do
- valid prescription
- Schengen Article 75 certificate (for Schengen residents)
- presentation of original prescription at customs
