The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)

Lisdexamfetamine is not named in any Lao source found: not on the Ministry of Health list of approved psychotropic substances dated 2005, not on the Ministry of Public Security list of drugs not allowed to be imported, and not in the criminal possession thresholds. Article 10 of the Law on Drugs and Medical Products No. 07/NA does make drugs for individual use when travelling a lawful category of possession, and there is nothing to apply for under it, but no source says how a psychotropic medicine that appears on none of Laos's lists is treated at the border. The 2014 INCB table sets out documents for psychotropic substances generally, being a prescription, a home doctor's certificate endorsed by the traveller's home health authority, a certificate from Lao health authorities and the original prescription at customs, and no source confirms it reaches this medicine. Not being named is not the same as being allowed. The Food and Drug Department of the Ministry of Health in Vientiane is the authority to ask, on +856 21 214013.
