The rules for Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)

Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) is named on neither of Qatar's published lists. It is not on the Allowed Narcotic List and it is not on the Allowed Psychotropic List, and it was not on either of the 2022 lists that came before them. Carrying it into Qatar therefore has no confirmed safe harbour: there is no published permit route for it, and its absence from the lists is not a statement that it is allowed. The Ministry of Public Health states it can refuse entry to a medicine that does not meet its approval criteria, so this is a live risk rather than a formality. The authority to ask is the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Control, Ministry of Public Health, and the question is worth putting to them in writing before you book.
