Can I take Adderall to Qatar?
Qatar's official guidance indicates you need advance approval (a permit) before arriving with Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts). Review the requirements and apply in good time.

A limit of our data: Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) and Dexamphetamine are different medicines. Adderall is a mix of dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine; dexamfetamine is dextroamphetamine on its own, and international drug schedules list them as separate substances. We hold one combined amphetamine rule per country, so this page cannot tell you whether Qatar treats them differently. Give the authority the exact product and generic name on your prescription when you check. The answer here is the same as for Dexamphetamine in Qatar.
The rules for Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts)
Dexamfetamine and amfetamine (Adderall-type medicines) are on Qatar's Allowed Narcotic List, so the allowance is at most 10 days' supply, not the 60 days given to medicines on the Allowed Psychotropic List. Apply for a permit on Qatar's Controlled Medicines System (fli.moph.gov.qa) before you travel. Register with your passport number and choose 'arriving to Qatar' as the travel destination. Upload a prescription and a medical report, a copy of your passport, photos of the medicine, and a signed undertaking that the medicine is for your own use. The prescription and the medical report must each be in English or Arabic, issued within the last 6 months, signed and stamped by your doctor, stamped or recognised by the clinic or hospital, and show the doctor's or clinic's phone number. The prescription must show your full name, the medicine, its dose and form, the length of treatment and the issue date. The medical report must show your full name, diagnosis and treatment plan. Qatar's guideline also says the medical report should have a Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation. It does not say which country's ministry. Applications are decided within 3 working days once everything required has been submitted, and Qatar advises applying at least 5 working days before travel. The permit is valid for 90 days. Print it and carry it with the original prescription and medical report. If you arrive without a permit you must declare the medicine and show the prescription and medical report. The Ministry of Public Health can release, partly release or refuse the medicine.
Maximum supply: 10 days (At most enough for 10 days at your prescribed dose. If your supply runs out, Qatar says to see a licensed doctor in Qatar.)
